These UV neon balloons were the life of the party! Under blacklight, the colors popped like crazy, bright, vibrant, and super fun. Very thin and doesn't last.
Balloons popped before the party started. We inflated about 50 amd only 20 made it to the beginning of party. Then they popped during and no one was messing with them. Before the party got good no balloons made it. On top of that they didn't even glow bright.

Not very bright.
Not as bright as advertised when black lit. They kind of glow. Not super neon. Definitely not like the picture. They did seem to blow up fine though I did have one pop on my balloon arch.
