Hikari miso 750g (ALL NATURAL)

We love this product. As vegetarians its important to be able to make food taste as nice as possible without having meat to help out. We now use Hikari Miso instead of salt in cooking. Not only does it provide us with improved digestion, a stronger immune system, and potential support for heart health but it makes food taste fantastic!

I've been using miso for years. Up until now I've been paying nearly 5 pounds for a jar of miso half this size. Don't get me wrong, the miso was phenomenal (clearspring brown rice miso), but this miso is just as good.Taste wise I find this miso is spot on, it tastes salty and very rich on the tongue. It's very versatile. So far I've done Miso soup, miso dressing for salads, miso chicken (veggie), miso dipping sauce and have even made an amazing gravy for a omurice. After all those, I've barely used a quarter of the pot.Great value for money, great taste and great service from the sellers. Give it a go!

Came on time not use yet but happy

I've ordered this a couple of times and it is great quality miso. There's only one problem; the first time I received one with red lettering which is the normal miso. The second time I received one with green and that is the low salt version. I would rather stick with the low salt version but it seems random which one you get. Either way it is excellent miso.

Fantastic for a simple cabbage soup

The best miso paste I've had so far. As long as I keep making my favorite soup, I definitely won't switch to another brand. Highly recommended.
