Bought this pad to use for sitting cable curls. Definitely worked great and allowed me to continue to do curls while suffering from right-elbow tendonitis, and have seen strength gains since purchased. Highly recommended.

Nimmt nicht viel Platz weg und Preacher Curls sind super. Der Preis kommt mir ein bisschen hoch vor aber ist bei Fitness Equipment wohl einfach so

I have one of them arm blaster things, it's great for bicep curls but it can bug your lower back, this is much better IMO, I only used it once but it's just way more to my liking, I have dumbbells at home, a arm blaster would be more convenient for transporting to the gym or on a trip but if it bugs your lower back I'd say don't use the arm blaster. Stay buff ppl.... And REPENT AND FOLLOW JESUS CHRIST SO YOU DON'T BURN IN HELL

This pad is really nice. It's made of some really dense foam, and has a tough, fabric cover. The design and shape are perfect for its purpose -- unless you have a gut, like me.Unfortunately, unlike a preacher curl, this pad is a trapezoid, and the bottom sticks out in the back, as well as the front. If you're thin and/or fit, it should be perfect. My gut doesn't allow enough room in front of me to use this pad; so I'll have to stash it somewhere until I'm thin enough to use it.
