Worth Recommending!!
I've been using this oats for 4 days and i am quite impressed with its quality. Packed with fiber and protein it provides good taste too. The best thing about this is that it doesn't have added sugar and it tastes sweet. If you are aiming for weight loss and still want to have good and tasty food then it is for you.

Good rolled oats
Healthy option to the mushy instant oats that is sold everywhere - just soak it overnight or perhaps for 15 minutes and microwave it for 1-3 minutes, add nuts, muesli etc. Voila, you have a tasty and healthy breakfast (of course, the pongal, vadai and masal dosa from Sangeetha is still THE breakfast for all you Chennaites, go for it!0
