The computer works perfectly. I was a little nervous to go with refurbished, but very happy I did. It works as if it were brand new, and I saved a good amount of money. Also, the computer is in practically perfect condition. Just one minor scratch on the keyboard, but everything works, and they sent the computer with an exterior case and a keyboard cover which was a nice surprise. I usually dont take time to write reviews, but I am very happy with the purchase.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the seller MacPro-LA! I was looking for a powerful MacBook Pro for my work as a writer, and although I didn't need the latest edition, I was still a little nervous about getting a refurbished unit. But wow--this machine is everything! It performs like an absolute dream and handles everything I throw at it effortlessly. Honestly, if I didn't know better, I'd think it was brand new. I got the 16-inch M1 Pro Max MacBook from MacPro-LA on Amazon, and I'm stoked! It showed up super fast and was in perfect shape. The box was all good, and the MacBook was just like they said – brand new, crazy powerful, and ready to go. MacPro-LA's customer service was awesome – they got back to me right away and answered all my questions. I'd totally buy from them again! Seriously, check them out if you need a top-notch Apple product and great service.

I bought this MacBook Pro M1 Max from Mac Pro L.A. and honestly, I couldn’t be more impressed.First of all, the packaging was perfect. Super well-protected, securely sealed, and no damage whatsoever during shipping. That alone shows that Mac Pro L.A. takes great care of their products and their customers.But the real shock came when I took it out of the box… This macbook pro is practically brand new! No scratches, no signs of use, absolutely nothing. If someone told me it was factory new, I’d believe it without a doubt.And here’s the craziest part… I originally purchased the 1TB version, but Mac Pro L.A. upgraded it to 2TB at no extra cost! "There will be no visible cosmetic imperfections when held at an arm’s length."That's what the product description said. But the dent in the case is quite visible at arm's length - so what I got is not what was advertised.The unit works fine, but I paid extra for "works and looks like new" - so what I got is not what was promised.

The MacBook Pro arrived in a plain brown box and was inserted inside a bubble wrap envelope. Included was a brand new Apple genuine 140W USB-C transformer charging brick, and what appears to be an Apple genuine color matched braided USB-C MagSafe cable. All of this is fine with me.I should note that MacPro-LA did include a silicone keyboard protector, and a black plastic snap case for the machine. This was a nice gesture by MacPro-LA and I appreciate it. These included items were not advertised in the product description.I ordered the "Refurbished - Excellent" tier as I wanted a M1 Max MBP that will last me 5 years minimum. Although I am satisfied with the 1TB storage that was advertised, I was anxiously hoping that MacPro would send me a 2TB model, based on what other reviewers had previously stated. I received a 1TB model. I cannot complain as the machine is working brilliantly, exactly as I expected it to work. Note: the included battery of my machine shows 93 cycles as of this writing, with 99% battery health.I do have minor cosmetic complaints however; there is one noticeable dent on the backside of the screen, as well as some small chips to the body, also on the backside of the screen. The keyboard arrived a bit oily as well, however I have read that this is a common issue with MBPs today due to the ABS plastic used in the keyboard caps, to make them more recyclable. (See photos for review).***Word to the wise: MacPro-LA seller frequently alters the price of this machine up and down. As time goes on, the machine will naturally lose value. I ordered my machine at $2199 price. I have seen MacPro-LA alter the price down to as low as $1835.99 earlier this year.All in all, I would order from MacPro-LA again.

I was debating between a brand new Mac which was $1000 more expensive with half the capacity, so I decided to give this one a try and to my surprise, probably the best decision I’ve made. This MacBook Pro is a rocket compared to my old one, it takes 3 seconds to fully boot up so is lightning fast and it’s in excellent condition, battery lasts a very long time, and of course is a Mac so is built to last! Highly recommend it!!!!
