The media could not be loaded. Excellent product, I just wish it had more than three speeds. You can use it as a normal fan or a cooling fan (cold water and ice effect). This is an excellent product for a small or normal sized room. The cooling packs and remote control are a great addition to the product. You only really need one ice pack at a time for cooling effect but they give you two. You can use one, and change it out with the other pack if you need constant cooling in the fan. The fan itself isn’t too loud or noisy either. Make sure you follow the instructions it came with to avoid leaks and spills. I would definitely buy again if I need a fan. 4.5 out of five stars.

My wife felt when I got the new aircon fan it was like replacing Woody with Buzz. I agreed until Buzz was not really up to snuff. The actual fan is placed lower than thought so it’s set up by the bed but does primarily cools the floor. The room does not really cool that well and having to fill it with cold water and freeze the ice pacts creates a lot of extra maintenance, I know first world problems. Well I think Buzz is going into the office and Woody is moving back into the bedroom. Welcome back Cowboy!!

Doesn't cover as much space as the bigger ones in this line. Vagkri. But very nice in my room.

So this was exactly what I needed until today then it literally just STOPPED. I have tried resetting but, I have only had it for a month and it died.now I am not sure what to do.

If I can give this fan zero stars I would. Horrible fan works only the first month and then it breaks and the water tank leaks. The remote came broken as well. My suggestion is to buy another fan not this one because then you’ll end up having to buy another.

Easy to fill stays cool easy to use no issues with leaking, I had another fan that cost more money and was a disaster that caught fire this so far has been worth every penny. Ice packs are simple to fill and stay cold. Only issue is they swell and one cracked but no worries you can just throw ice cubes in it and it stays cold.

I purchased this item on August 4th based on the information and pictures advertised. I am very disappointed with the air cooler fan. It proved inadequate to provide actual cooling for a small room as stated. Therefore, for me it was a poor investment.
