Ordered a new one, but received a damaged one. There was a big hole on the box. It’s unacceptable for a collector!

Great product, HORRIBLE packaging by Amazon
As a collectore certain things matter, the biggest factor in collecting is the quality of the product when it's received. Funko pops are a challenge when you buy from 3rd party vendors such as Amazon. Today I received this funko pop, chase variant, and the corners are smashed in. There wasn't a single piece of packing paper, card board, or bubble wrap inside the box my product came in. When it comes to funko pops, I'll stick with funko for my purchasing needs.
