Absolutely amazing!! Helps with arthritis, muscle and joint pain. I paid £30 for this and I highly recommend getting this for anyone. The heat level has a good range, with 3 different settings, and even has a good vibration setting to release pain. You can adjust the strap size so can be used on arms, legs pretty much anywhere. Best value for money gift I got, battery lasts forever too which is a bonus. The screen is big but not too big, you can clearly see the temperature and what setting you’re using but doesn’t get in the way either. 10/10

My husband and I both having knee issues and have been using this message pad. It is soothing and heat feature is good, although it drains the battery quickly which I suppose is To be expected

Bought this to use on my husband's elbow. Says it comfortable to wearand finds the massage & heat give him instant relief.Good quality product, easy to pop on and a very reasonable price. Obviously it's not a cure, but it helps when his pain is bad.

I find the knee heat massager works really well and helps lots with my knee pains. The battery lasted longer when just using the massager but, lasts a reasonable time when also using both. All in, worth the buy.

We use this for its heating functionality of this device. The massage feature is moderately functional, the movement is simple and I would say isn't too effective for pain relief, but is owrth using for a sore back as well since you can lay it flat on bed under your back annd use it that way.

I bought this for my knee but also used that on my shoulder and also on my lower back. I wasn’t sure if I was going to get on with it so I bought one that was not too expensive and I’m surprised how effective it is.It heats very quickly and I like the multiple heat settings. The extension straps are really useful too, as I have quite big knees. I’ve only used it for a few days, but I can feel it easing both my knee and my back.

Only just got this today but first impressions are very positive. I bought it for my wife who suffers terribly with arthritis. The pad looks well made with tough velcro straps. Once charged which took about an hour it's good to go. I tried it myself and found the instructions and operation very easy to understand, heat facility and massage facility both seem very good, three settings on each, plus a temperature reading and anti mistouch setting. Hopefully this will provide alot of relief for my wife who's gp only suggests codeine to tackle the pain
