Review of Blueprint Longevity Mix
I have been doing so much research on these vitamin supplement powders since a friend introduced me to AG1. I liked AG1 but I wanted to find something that would be more cost effective for me to use on a regular basis. I read about Bryan Johnson a couple years ago and found it interesting that he now has a line of products which he himself uses. After researching his mission and purpose to himself, I trust that his products will be of a certain quality. Some of the reviews of the longevity mix made me a bit hesitant to order, but I am sure glad I did. The blood orange mix tastes great and is not too sweet as most other brands are. In fact, that is what I liked about AG1. The difference between Blueprint and AG1 is that Blueprint's mix is a fine powder whereas AG1 is grainier. Second, Blueprint lists how much of each ingredient is in each capful whereas AG1 lumps some of its ingredients together and does not specify how much of each ingredient is included. Third, Blueprint publishes third party lab results on its website for each of its products' batch which I have reviewed. And last but not least, Blueprint's cost is almost half of AG1. I am also testing his cocoa powder and olive oil for review separately. I will definitely purchase this mix again!

I recommend
2 months in. I don’t know if it works . But if I’m really getting the benefits listed on the back then I’m ok with continuing using it .I have the red flavor . Yes, it taste awful. But I don’t care what it taste like , as long as I’m getting the supplements listed in the back . I drink once a day .I watched the Bryan Johnson doc on Netflix and I find what he is doing interesting .I do take other supplements as well like boron , fish oils , ashawaganda, magnesium glycinate.I’m am a gym buff and I just want to be healthy .I think the price is fair for what it offers , compared to other product like AG1 which I’m seeing really bad reviews about .

Hair Loss & Sickness
For myself - the first few days of using this were, let's say.... different. The first day I had double vision and a increase in anxiety. Over the course of a couple of weeks, I'm now experiencing hair loss at an exponential. I first noticed it a few days in where my beard looked a bit patchy, and now I'm shedding hair on the top of my head. Yesterday, when I got a haircut, my stylist told me my hair is thinning. Never heard that before. As far as my wife, she experienced gasterol intestinal issues the first dose. The second made her very ill on the verge of hospitalization. I had her drink a couple of glasses of water to flush out the molecules and she was able to avoid a trip to the ER.My theory is the hair loss is due to an exponential increase in testosterone. Unsure about wife's illness. Be careful with this product.

Pretty good
Honestly, It tastes pretty bad. The scoop that you have to make is also quite big. Personally, I cannot take it in the morning because it makes my stomach upset, so I take it at night. I have been trying to take it regularly but it is really hard to put down. I think its good for me and I don't not believe that, but I just don't love the taste, how much you have to scoop, and how it makes me feel.

Taste good
It tasted very good, not sure why some people rated it for tasting bad? I drink black coffee and drink straight whiskey, and this is 10 times better than that.

Bloating and gas coming your way
I don’t want to completely knock on this because I want to support Bryan and his work, I decided to give this a go after purchasing other supplements of his. First and foremost the taste is okay, don’t expect it to taste like kool aid but it’s drinkable, the people complaining about the taste on here is the least of your worries. After taking it for a few days I’ve experienced the worst gas, and diarrhea. Perhaps my body isn’t adjusting to the nutrients yet but I would recommend taking it in small amounts then gradually increase the amount. Mixes well with water also I would say if you have a strong stomach give it a go.
