Great product used it for over a year

This supplement did what it said it would do. After about two days I noticed that I was more “regular” than normal. This has continued throughout the time I have been using it. It is easy to swallow with water and I have not experienced any aftertaste. It includes ingredients to boost energy which I do feel throughout the day. I do notice, the better I eat, the more effective it is. I will definitely purchase again. My only gripe is that the packaging, although nice, is excessive. It is definitely not environmentally friendly.

I'm not sure yet if I'm seeing any changes with my body, but I must say, the bottle is SO unnecessarily BIG. It's comical. And sad that so much plastic is used when not needed.

Waste of money did nothing for me. I did a test on my metabolism and it was much lower than it should be.. no improvements with this product I would not recommend. Didnt lose a pound. And the package is huge only to be 25% full. A waste all the way around.
