Very good airflow
The easiest product Iβve used to get better airflow through my nose. It is soft and comfortable to wear, stays in and works well for me. Would recommend if you have a narrow nasal passage.

They do the job. I would have preferred if they were more firm, they are just a bit too lose. But they work.

Worked though hard to insert properly
I assume these are in the style of Airmax dilators. I note the original product is highly flexible like this product, so that's an intended feature, not a flaw, unlike many reviewers mistakenly report. On use, I can see this product works, though inserting it properly without it buckling can be difficult. The silicon could be stiffer to help with that. It takes some practice to wear and should be inserted high up the nostrils, but can be effective at keeping airflow open if used right. Overall, for the very reasonable cost it's worth a try for most people, at least to discover if their problem can be helped by nasal passage support.
