I actually took the time to do a real in depth review of this so ur welcome. My before picture is the one in the green. I have pretty bad heat and bleach damaged 3b curls and have been working on healing and growing them for a LONG time so you can trust me. Now I got this product because I’m trying to grow out my hair and as you can clearly tell it did not do that so 0 stars for growth which was disappointing but to be fair I did get a little trim during this process. Anyways I gave it 5 stars because it actually did do as it was advertised to do and I feel like my hair looks and feels healthier(I did also change up my curl routine during this process so it could be that aswell) idk but honestly I feel like I worked but idk if I would spend 30$ on it again for 30$ it should’ve made my fricken hair grow but anyways it did what it said so 5 stars I guess

What can I say, this stuff works. I cried every time I combed my hair as my comb was full of hair. My hair stopped falling out after using it for only 2 days. I have yet to see and new hair growth, but I am more than pleased that my hair is no longer falling out. I have only been taking these for about 2 weeks so we will see about the new growth. I highly recommend these for hair loss!!!!

Too early to see results. But my past experience with biotin was a positive one. I had new hair growth resulting in thicker fuller hair.

I haven’t seen any change in the hair on my head yet, but my eyelashes have definitely grown. Unfortunately, I have missed a couple of doses and that might be why I haven’t seen any growth on my hair but it’s o my been almost two weeks. I’ll definitely purchase another bottle to give it at least two full months. Will definitely update my review when the time comes.

My nails and hair are doing so well after taking this product for only 1 month. I had some issues with my nails 6 months ago and they are so much better now after taking this. Very impressed!

I've used this for a couple of months now. I've noticed significant hair growth. Like an inches in a month where as it was stuck at one length for a long while.

I’ve taken 1 bottle. I’m taking now my second and I see the change. I was taking 1 pill instead of 2. Now on my second bottle I will star with 2 pills. I will keep you posted
