More than happy with this purchase.
I already have the Shokz OpenComm 2 and the Shokz OpenRun Pro. I bought these because I wanted better microphone noise cancelling than the OpenComm 2, especially whilst on MS Teams meetings, without looking too goofy on the video feed.I also wanted a headset that would allow me to talk quietly in noisy environments, such as in café's or on public transport, whilst still being heard clearly.I was aware that some customers are complaining about the headset falling off when looking down, but that is not my experience. What I have found, surprisingly, is that this headset is more comfortable than the OpenComm 2 to wear all day such as whilst dictating. The sound through the earpieces is also significantly better and louder than with the OpenComm 2.I had some reservations about pressing the "buy now" button, and only did so on the basis that I could return them if I was not satisfied. Needless to say, they will not be going back!

Microphone arm loosened over time
I bought this to replace an OpenComm because of the advertised increased range and I wasn't disappointed. I can walk all around the house without losing signal and keep listening in on meetings while I go down to the kitchen to make a coffee for example. The sound quality is great and it's more comfortable than the wraparound shapes of the other models if I want to lean back in a chair.I've experienced a similar issue to others with the headset slipping occasionally but not to a degree where it's caused a significant problem. My biggest issue with it is that after around 6 months, the microphone arm has become so loose that I can't put it in a stable position other than fully up or fully down. There seems to be no way to tighten it without trying to take the device apart which has resulted in me being muted in calls because people can hear my breath on the mic.
