Q: My son received this for Christmas, all of a sudden there is no sound. We have tried changing the batteries. Any suggestions?

Fliping until you see whit lights. That is volume mode. Than slide one side to activate volume mode and afterwards flip other side to change volume...one light is mute, two light means volume1, three lights volume2 and all light volume3. After volume is chosen slide back the first side and you are set.

Q: How does the speed mode scoring work?

It tells you how many seconds you do and how many scores you get.

Q: How do you tirn on sound? Mine has no sound

Flip block until it turns white. Flip block around corner to select. Then flip block to select volume, -silent-quiet-medium-loud. To select the volume slide block back around corner again.
