Safer brand customer service is good
We ordered a box of 24 traps and three of the traps arrived without lures (the packaging for the lures was there, but the baggies were empty). I called them and they immediately put two boxes of two traps each in the mail to us. I am very pleased with the service.

It did what it is supposed to do.
We had a horrific month invasion that costs us thousands of dollars of throwing clothes out, of dry cleaning other clothes, and of getting many precious Oriental rugs cleaned and repaired. These traps were a solution after all that work and hekloped to locate other problems, which we solved in cedar spray.No complaints, but the traps are not inexpensive.

Best brand of many brands that we tried
We purchased various brands of clothes moth traps. Safer Brands were far and away the best; they caught lots of moths.

It doesn't attract moths.
The product doesn't attract the clothes moths that I have in my house. There are plenty of moths, we see them flying around and kill them when they land, but they aren't attracted to the traps! I have them all over the house.

Excellent product
I have been using this product for many years to monitor my house for possible infestation of clothes moths. It works very well to alert you to a problem and helps you to locate its source. It is not designed to eliminate the problem.
