Ineffective and a waste
The collar didn’t work at all. I had put tue collar in the morning and found the ticks chilling on my dogs neck the same evening. Never seen such an ineffective product. I guess we get what we pay for.

Poor product and worst delivery
Package was open during delivery. The medicine in collar was almost gone, hence it was not effective. Lot of fleas still on my dog. There is no option to return
