I bought this for my daughters rainbow party. Tutu fits all sizes. The tutu fit my daughter size 14/16 girls and my other daughter wears a size juniors 17 or women's Large. The tutu stretches great and goes back to original size. Elastic around the waist does not bunch up. The tutu was frilly and held up. We have worn it about three times. Looks good. I even washed it in the machine on cold and hung it up to dry. Good as new. I will be buying more in different colors for my girls.

It fit well and is good quality. I love the colors and it got lots of compliments. The only thing for me is it was very very short. I wore it over leggings which was fine for the costume I was wearing.

This tutu is a great product. It has more layers than you can see in the picture, so it's quite puffy, which is, of course, very important in a tutu. The elastic waistband is probably 2 inches wide, so it stays on well, and doesn't cut in.

This item has white tulle underneath the colored tulle. In the lighter colors, it is somewhat visible. Other than that, seemed like a solid product. I did not like the visible white, so I returned.

I bought this tutu for a color run. Was unable to attend the run last minute, but the quality of this tutu is great. I am a size 10 and it fits great; would fit a bigger or smaller person also. Very bright and colorful!

This tutu will definitely work with my costume. Just some important notes, I am a women's size 10 and it was a snug, but not too tight fit. If you are larger than a size 10-12 you might find this tutu tight to wear.

I was a little nervous that this tutu would be thin. It is anything but! It is actually very full and super soft. It feels very sturdy too. Well made! I bought it for my daughter and I fits her great and it's comfortable.
