not the best
Pity, didnt last much more than 7 months then it broke down

On our second one and we have problems
No apparent after sales service and two macerators have now failed in less than 2 years ! I would give zero stars if I could.After giving the company the benefit of the doubt and taking a second one in June this year the second one failed after 6 months. The seller refuses to refund but are offering a third replacement. NO WAY every time we have the replace it costs £150 for our plumber to do it. Do not buy this item.

It was a pain in the butt 5lto install and it has broken within 1.5 years of very light use.

I am a builder and have had two of these fail on different jobs.
One failed after 12 weeks, the other failed after one year.they are cheap, but the fact that the seller did everything to get out of replacing the one broken within warranty shows that they are expected to fail every time.I will not stray from saniflo again.. have never had a problem with them."Buy cheap Buy twice" is a true saying but being called to replace a broken macerator is not fun not to mention the damage and mess from overflow, and even managing the spillage while removing and disposing of the failed item is a job you will remember for the rest of your life. At one stage the seller told me I would have to return the broken item... I was tempted to, but I knew he was just some guy answering emails, and It could have caused someone to become seriously ill, not to mention how that wrapping and posting would have been too much to bear.

rubbish for rubbish
we installed a Homac about 18 months ago. The plastic casing has split right across the bottom.It is only used for a small sink in the spare room and does not have to pump very far. Do not buy!

Easy to install, first one failed after a few months so ordered another, so far it hasn’t caused another flood.
