Just started using this product so I cannot review to its potency. But I wanted to state that the taste is no worse off than any other children's multivitamin. It's got that vitamin tang to it, but at least it's not favored with the horrid artificial "grape" or "cherry" flavoring other children's products are.I personally can tolerate the taste and believe if you don't condition your children to excess sugars and sweets they too can tolerate the taste enough to ingest the product.I break the dose in half (or even fourths) because the 28 drop (1ml) seems like a flood all at once. This also makes the taste milder. After swallowing I repeat until the full dose is ingested.The vitamins listed look clean and pure. I agree with another reviewer, and am indeed pleased that this product used methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin.For what it is, I believe it's a good product. And as for adults taking the product... I don't see an issue. It has the same amount of Bs as any other multi-vitamin does. Oxylent for example has the exact same amount in each packet, and they are claiming 100% daily value.It just wouldn't be considered a max or mega dose for adults. Take twice a day of your worried.Also Vegetables Glycerin doesn't feed things like Candida or thrush (like other sweeteners do)... And a B Complex is extremely important when dealing with Candida Die-Off.

I've been giving this supplement to my toddler son every day. He started taking this in his homemade formula when he was an infant (before 6 months old). And now at 2 years old, he's taking it as is and he loves it. I particularly like this brand since it has methylcobalamin as opposed to cyanocobalamin for its b12 component. I won't go into detail why it's important to get b-complex supplement with a b-12 that's methycobalamin (you can copy and paste this info on your browser and read for yourself - [...]). so far, i'm seeing good results - i might switch him to a b12 supplement only when he gets older. but right now, this vitamin b-complex works for him just fine.also, i like how Amazon listened to my suggestion about shipping this supplement that comes in a small glass bottle. Since it doesn't come in a box of its own, I suggested that they ship it in a small separate box when they ship it with my other items to prevent it from getting accidentally broken or damaged. So the next time they shipped it to me, they had the bottle wrapped in bubble wrap and placed inside a separate small box along with bigger, heavier items i bought. Way to go, Amazon!

Tastes okay and an easy way to get b vitamins first thing in the morning. I take it on an empty stomach and it gets me started for the day. I like this liquid version. My five year old takes it too.

This product is great for what it is---- good clean vitamins. BUT, the taste is terrible. I mix it with honey to have my 2 year old take it but its really bad, the smell is super intense. I will be searching for a product that has the same health benefits as this with a better taste.

Excellent product. Effective and without any side effects. One tip is to mix it with juice or some other drink. I mix it with strawberry nesquik and my child has no problem drinking it. Very highly recommended!

So I have been trying to get my daughter to use a B complex daily. The problem??? THE TASTE! I keep trying different items, but they all fall short. This one also. It definitely does not taste like fruit, it tastes like a broken up Vitamin B pill under your tongue. How do I know??? I use it now just not to waste it! And I can pretty much stomach anything. But this one I have to follow with a large glass of water to kill the taste!

I like everything about this except for the taste. It's awful tasting. I use the liquid because my son can't swallow pills yet and he refuses gummy or chewable vitamins. So we use this one. I also take it. It tastes horrendous. I have found it to be otherwise high quality

This product says that it is raspberry flavored, but it definitely does not taste like raspberry. It does not taste good. I guess it tastes like what it is, dissolved vitamins. However, when trying to get my elderly grandmother with dementia to take it, the raspberry flavor would be helpful. She hates the taste so it’s like pulling teeth to get her to take it. I guess the point of this review is: if you are trying to get someone to take this, it’s going to be a challenge because it tastes bad.
